Saturday 720p HDTV Reviews

Unfortunately, there are not very many shows on Saturday evening at all. Even less, still are any 720p HDTV series. Still I wanted to put in an entry for Saturday. Actually for each day of the week. The only thing of interest to me on Saturday evening's schedule is Merlin 2009. Sadly it is only available in streaming media or media content delivery services (that would be me ;) ) in Xvid. Yuck. I hate Xvid and DivX codec (with the exception of DivX new DivX HD h264 codec - 6.8.5).




I'll include a little about the series here.
Merlin 2008 (Season 1), and Merlin 2009 (Season 2) are British series', and has recently been adopted by NBC for US broadcast. I might be back to write a review, but I don't think that will happen. Since I am interested in this series, I have decided to watch Season 2 Ep. 01-03 in XviD.
